日本国内のライフサイエンス分野に関わる事業の創造、発展を支援することを目的として活動するライフサイエンスインキュベーション協議会（東京都千代田区、Willsame株式会社運営）は、JST共創の場（国循拠点）と、BioJapan 2024にて日・米・英・加のライフサイエンス産業団体によるパネルディスカッションを開催いたします。

ライフサイエンス産業スタートアップ企業の国際化の支援をいかにして行うかは、以前からの大きな課題です。海外でのマーケティングのみならず世界各国のパートナーと交流を深めることは新たな技術創造、革新的技術の創造につながります。今回世界各国のスタートアップ企業のグローバル化を長年にわたり支援してきたNewsight Tech Angels（日本）、Life Science Nation (米国)、MedCity (英国)、BioQuebec (カナダ)の代表者を招き、スタートアップ企業がいかにして世界各国の産業団体、パートナーを活用してグローバル化を進めていくべきかをパネルディスカッション形式で議論してまいります。また各国・地域の強み、エコシステムについてもお話いただきます。世界のキー・プレイヤーとの交流も可能になる機会ですので是非皆様のご参加をお待ちしています。
It has been an big issue how we can support the globalization of the life science sector start-ups. Not only for the marketing in the global market, iteractive engagement with global partners will lead to the creation of new and innovative technologies. This time, inviting the repsentatives of Newsight Tech Angels (Japan), Life Science Nation (US), MedCity (UK) and BioQuebec (Canada) who have long experience to support the start-ups in the past, we will arrange panel discussion how start-ups should work with the partners and local industry organizations to proceed the globalization. In addition, advantage of each country/region as well as its ecosystem will also be presented. Please join us to establish the contact with global stakeholders.

- Mme Helene Moore, BioQuebec
Helene Moore is the founder and CEO of pharmBD Inc., a dynamic leader in the pharmaceutical sector with a wealth of experience in the North American and European markets. Over the course of her career, she has held senior positions in sales, marketing, business development, and general management across Canada and France.
In 2017, Helene established pharmBD in France, where she has successfully guided clients in achieving their business development objectives across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and now Japan. Her leadership has been instrumental in securing partnership transactions in the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, and medical cannabis sectors. She also provides strategic counsel on fundraising and M&A transactions and serves on the board of Anges Quebec, a leading angel investment network in Canada.
Helene holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Universite de Montreal and an Executive MBA from Universite du Quebec a Montreal. Since 2021, she has also been certified through INSEAD's prestigious International Director Program in Governance.

- Ms Angela Kukula, CEO, MedCity
Dr Angela Kukula is CEO of MedCity, and Director of Life Sciences at London & Partners where she leads a team of professionals championing the development of the life sciences sector in London, promoting London as the premier global destination for life science, and supporting high growth life sciences companies to make their home in London and to thrive and grow.
Angela has worked in the London Life Science ecosystem for over 12 years, most recently as Commercial Director at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital and prior to that as Director of Business and Innovation at the Institute of Cancer Research.
She is an internationally recognised technology transfer specialist. She sits on the Board of Oxford University Innovation and is a past chair of Knowledge Exchange UK (then PraxisAuril), the professional body for technology transfer.
She is passionate about supporting the next generation of life science leaders through her work as governor of two London secondary schools, one of which is a life sciences specialist academy.
Angela completed her undergraduate Bachelor degree in Biochemistry at the University of Oxford, and her PhD in Molecular Immunology and Genetics at the Institute of Child Health, University of London. Angela also has an MBA specialising in Technology Management, and a LLM in Commercial Law.

複数のアセット型創薬ベンチャーや日本初の創薬系エンジェル投資シンジケートであるNewsight Tech Angelsを設立したエンジェル投資家・パラレルアントレプレナー。米国ウェイクフォーレスト大学医学部で博士号取得後、コロンビア大学医学部小児科准教授として教育に従事。2007年以降はGSK社, メルク社、大正製薬にて研究開発や事業開発に従事し、2015年より米国Pfizer Inc.にて事業開発でのアジア統括部長として着任し、日本を含むアジア全域においてオープンイノベーションの推進、ライセンス、投資、M＆Aなど事業開発に従事する。その他、日本医薬ライセンシング協会の幹事、大阪大学外部評価委員や大阪大学、大阪公立大学、早稲田大学で客員講師を兼任。2023年には修学者を対象としたライフサイエンス分野での人材育成を目的としたM & J Companyを設立。
